101 Update

Let's see, how am I doing...

9. Have a movie night once a week for 6 months.

So, December 19 we watched Enchanted. I absolutely adore this movie. It's like Disney was trying to do Shrek (making fun of other story lines) and mocking themselves in a way only Disney can do.

Christmas Week we watched Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I had to wait and get this as a gift for Christmas but I wasted no time in opening it and watching it!

This week our movie was The Hangover. I had only seen it once before and was curious to watch it again and it is still really funny and amazing at what trouble those guys got into.

10. Visit Zoo Lights on Christmas Eve when in town.

We went again this year and as usual I loved it. I think my favorite part is the "dancing trees". I should have pictures later.

12. Menu plan every week for 2 months.

This gets interesting as I'm finding things that I cannot eat and such. I'm trying to be good, but during this early time, it is rather difficult.

13. Try 10 new restaurants.

We went to Smith and Wollenskys for NYE dinner in Vegas last night. The steak was very good and I was told the whipped potatoes were amazing, but as I don't like a thing in my whipped potatoes and they came out with chives mixed in, I did not eat them and that made me sad.

77. Once pregnant, set up an account for college, etc and put $20.00 a month into it.

We've started this, but once the raspberry shows up we plan to make it $20 a paycheck from each of us.

94. This is the one that I needed to come up with a new goal and I have one.

Get a promotion/higher paying job.

I actually thought I had this already on the list but I never added it, so I'm adding it now and checking it off now. I was offered the day before my BFP a promotion in a different department. It will be a team lead position and it should be very interesting and will have me learning lots more. I start training for it on Monday. I'm nervous, excited and everything in between at the moment. Hopefully this is the right thing for me!
